The staff was amiable, and requests were handled quickly. Really enjoyed the location within walking distance of restaurants. It was near Sonchi Sushi Wok, where you can have lunch.

The location was good, close to the local market and, crucially, the tram service, in a great area. Oud Zuid district was worth staying in. There were central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe in the room, really enjoyed that. The beds with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows were big...

The location was great for exploring the city, with trams close by and easy access to the center. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hosts were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful recommendations and tips for our stay. We enjoyed the complementary drinks and appreciated the various facilities and room advantages, like the laundromat and nearby restaurants.

The lack of a view from our room, but this was a minor issue given how comfortable and convenient our stay was.

The location of the hotel was amazing, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was comfortable enough for the price, and the free drinks and snacks were definitely a plus. the staff was helpful when it came to giving us information about nearby attractions and public transportation.

The room was quite small, which made it difficult to move around comfortably. the noise from the nearby street made it hard to sleep at night.

Our New Year stay was just perfect! We loved the complimentary drinks and great amenities in the room. It was close to everything we wanted to see, and easy to navigate the city with public transport. The comfortable bed and excellent shower were just what we needed after a long day of exploring. Plus, the friendly staff made us feel right at home.

Our only concern was that the bathroom didn't have a separate partition for privacy. While we understand the design intent, it may not be suitable for all guests.

I had the most enjoyable stay at this hotel. The attention to detail was outstanding, with free water, beer, and wine in the fridge, as well as a Nespresso machine in the room. The hosts provided an in-depth information booklet that felt very personal and helpful. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. I was able to easily explore the city and experience the local culture. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the basic amenities met all my needs. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the comforts I could ask for. The breakfast provided was delicious and provided a great start to my day.

No major issues, everything was just perfect.

This hotel truly stands out for its attention to detail and personal touch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. They had thoughtfully stocked our room with complementary drinks and even had coffee pods and tea bags for our convenience. The rooms were cozy, tastefully decorated, and had all the modern amenities one could ask for. And the location couldn't be better - surrounded by countless local eateries and trendy cafes, everything was within walking distance. We loved exploring the vibrant neighborhood and sampling the delicious food. Plus, the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money.

There wasn't a single thing that could be improved. Everything was perfect.

The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. the hosts were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful recommendations and assistance during our stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of privacy in the room, as there was no partition between the bedroom and the toilet. This design choice was unusual and made us feel quite uncomfortable during our stay.
